Verbatim awarded Certificate of Recognition

The Lord Lieutenant of Berkshire, the Hon Mary Bayliss, and CEO Berkshire CF, Andrew  Middleton visited Graham Hill and his team at Verbatim this week to award them a Certificate of Recognition.

Verbatim has become call service provider for hundreds of local and national companies and has  given its professional services to Berkshire Community Foundation as a ‘gift in kind’ for 5 years. 

The Lord Lieutenant was given a real headset-on experience of how the call answering system works and was amazed at the sophistication of the process, which gives clients a truly personalised service.  

Andrew Middleton thanked Verbatim for its support and recognised the benefits to Berkshire CF  Foundation.  ‘A large amount of staff time can be used answering and directing phone calls. We are a small dedicated team, and Verbatim’s service has certainly increased our productivity whilst allowing us to retain high levels of care to the voluntary groups we support.
